Nikki è una serie di giochi mobile che non avevo mai sentito nominare. Ad introdurmi a questa serie è stata la mia amica, editor e artista per questo blog, Lily . Lei è una fan appassionata da molto tempo e spesso si diverte non solo a mostrarci alcune delle sue creazioni, ma ci siamo trovati spesso a parlare di quanto la trama, specialmente in Shining Nikki si spinge molto in alto tra apocalissi, colpi di stato e morti drammatiche di personaggi… tutto questo in un gioco che dovrebbe essere un Dress Up Game ! Sono duplici i motivi per cui non mi sono avvicinato a questa serie: in primis ho un rapporto complicato con i giochi mobile; Anche se riuscissi a dedicarmici giornalmente, finiscono alla lunga ad essere sempre un pò noiosi, difficilmente riesco ad assorbire la storia perchè li gioco in momenti di pausa in sprazzi di mezz’ora. Nikki is a series of mobile games that I’ve never heard of before. My dear friend and editor for this blog, Lily, was the one who introduced me to it. She’s a really passionate fan of this series and she often shares with us either her creations or just talking about how bonkers the plot is in some of these games. In Shining Nikki especially there have been multiple apocalypses, coups and very tragic character deaths, the story really aims for the sun… in a series of Dress up Games ! There’s a couple of reasons why I never actually played these games: first of all my relationship with mobile games is complicated at best; Even in games where I managed to maintain a constant cycle of logging in and grind, after a while I started to get really bored by them and I was never able to actually absorb the stories they wanted to tell because of the very short bursts nature of the gameplay.
